About
Rendeer Systems was founded in Georgia in 2018 to focus on satellite communications and defense-adjacent systems. Since then, the company has designed RF and networking solutions such as satellite terminals, electronically steered phased array antennas, Ethernet switches, and embedded platforms. That background now informs the company's focus on autonomous navigation in GNSS-contested airspace, edge AI processing, and tooling that lets operators manage fleets of Pharos-enabled platforms and StarEdge nodes as a single, coherent system. Rendeer draws on experience across satellite communications, media delivery, and applied AI to design autonomy and sensing systems that stay useful where GPS, high-bandwidth links, and cloud connectivity are not guaranteed.

Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Charles Dasher is an American inventor, engineer, and full stack developer. He has over 30 years experience and over 100 granted patents spanning video, extended reality, automotive, communications, and AI. At Rendeer Systems he brings together electrical engineering, software architecture, and applied AI experience to develop the Pharos autonomy stack and StarEdge edge compute platform.
